I took a trip to my old neighborhood, Washington Heights, the other week and shot some video. My content creator found some old images of the neighborhood and I gave him some family photos and he put together this video.
It was a trip down memory lane for me, and very interesting to look back and see the things from my childhood that influence me now.
Do you have places from your childhood that influence what you're doing now? A friend of mine grew up down the block from an autobody shop, and when he was out of high school he started working there, customizing hot rods, and this lead to his life long passion of making things with his hands. He no longer works on cars, but builds guitars.
